Kalkan Property Services was established back in 2005 in response to the growing need for a professionally operated maintenance and property management service, catering specifically for foreign villa & apartment owners.
Our business has grown over the last twelve years to our current portfolio of over 55 villas, 25 apartments, and apartment complexes in and around the Kalkan area. We offer a comprehensive and highly professional service, tailored to each client’s needs. This includes daily pool and garden maintenance, cleaning and laundry, renovations and home improvements ,repairs, decoration/interior design, and cleaning and laundry services - and more!
